Working principle
The first commandment: employing and educating people.

The master guides the apprentice, the apprentice follows the master,the master innovates, and the apprentice inherits the technology.

The second commandment: distinguish good from evil

Blind help leads to more serious mistakes. It seems ruthless and does not allow others to act recklessly,which is the real kindness


The third commandment: be responsible

Be responsible for what you have done, do not shirk, and accept due rewards or punishment

The fifth commandment: communication and consultation
